Meet the Owner...

Shana M. Jenkins is a self-published, award-winning author, youth mentor, certified interior designer, and philanthropist. Shana is a firm believer in 1 Peter 3:3, which in short states "True Beauty Starts Within". In a world that puts the emphasis on outer beauty and adornment, Shana makes it her personal mission to encourage others, especially women, to exemplify what it means to be beautiful from the inside out.

Shana obtained her Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Eastern Illinois University in 2008 but realized shortly after that she had more of a passion for beautifying homes than she did beautifying people, and pursued an alternate route to curating fabric palettes and color schemes with the start of her own interior design business called A Stiletto Décor, LLC.

A living testament that "All things work together", Shana believes that every job or life encounter should lead you one step closer to uncovering your purpose. It was Shana's time spent as a recruiter for a well-known, all-girl organization that ignited the fire within her to mentor young girls. From there she served as Program Coordinator for her first mentor's youth organization before starting her own program called, The Prettiest Little Women Ministries, INC.

Inspired by movies, love, and her journey to self-discovery by learning from the obstacles that tried to break her, Shana self-published her premier memoir, The Prettiest Woman, which is currently sold on Barnes and Noble. Shana is soon to release a self-help journal for women who aspire to break out of their comfort zones and rediscover their God-Given gifts entitled, Butterflies are Meant to Fly, not to be Kept in a Jar.

When it's all said and done, Shana hopes that she can leave her footprint on the world through her published works, by constantly growing in her efforts to transform spaces through interior design, supporting our youth, inspiring women, serving in God’s Kingdom, and any form of collaboration that uplifts and rebuilds people and places that were supposed to be broken, In Jesus’ Name!
